Study-Specific: Dermatology Hand Eczema
The study focused on patients with hand eczema, a chronic condition that often resists conventional treatments. I created custom illustrations, drawing on my fine arts background, and two short social media videos, one for children 12–17 and one for adults 18–75. Each piece brought the patient journey to life, showing the challenges of living with the condition while keeping audiences engaged and informed. Additional visuals were developed to enhance clarity, and select imagery from the original publication was retained for context. Materials were translated for the USA, Europe, and South Africa, ensuring consistent messaging and broad reach.
As part of the brand strategy, I established a cohesive approach to language, tone, and visual elements across all platforms. Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with global stakeholders, I delivered a brand experience that resonated emotionally, enhanced client satisfaction, drove project success, and reinforced Synexus as a trusted international partner.
